Hiring Registered Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
We are hiring an occupational therapist and a psychologist to join the Finding Autism team. Seeking applicants that are passionate about taking a neurodiversity-affirming approach to supporting Autistic people.

Offering a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, with a combination of mobile therapy sessions (at client’s homes or a local setting) and video-chat sessions (working from home). If you have a preference for one type of session delivery over the other, then it is possible for the role to be fully mobile or fully remote.

Qualifications and Experience  
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Psychology
Registered with appropriate professional body 
Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain  
Disability Worker Clearance Check or willingness to obtain  
Lived experience with Autism or neurodivergence and/or experience with neuro-affirming practice

Job Type and Pay Rate

The jobs will start as casual roles, with the potential for consistent part-time hours as client load increases.

Occupational Therapist pay guide: $48 to $70 per hour (depending on experience)

Psychologist pay guide: $55 to $80 per hour (depending on experience)
